Cancellation Policy
All appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will lose their deposit. This also applies for no-show appointments. Clients over 10-15 minutes late may have to cancel their appointment depending on availability that day, and will also lose their deposit. No shows will be charged 30% of their scheduled appointment total.
